Alexander Richiez is Chief Operations Officer. In this role, he has oversight of cross-functional and cross-regional performance initiatives, including Continuous Improvement, with a focus on productivity, service level and accelerating automation deployment.

Alexander Richiez was a Partner at Boston Consulting Group, specializing in Transformation and Operations Performance across a variety of industries. At BCG, he held a number of global and regional roles and founded the Innovation Center for Operations. He began his career as a Distribution Center Director before assuming leadership roles at Whirlpool, Arvato Services and Toyota.
